Need urgent domain help.

Ok, I really need the domain icraftr.com delted from this account asap. If it has to be done manually please do it. I cannot use this domain at all because it is still on this account. Not even with another host. Please can I have this fixed.

I still see a subdomain of that domain on your account. Go to cPanel to delete that subdomain first.

Afterwards, if you're trying to use that domain again with x10hosting, try adding it as an addon domain. What error message do you see when trying to add the domain to your x10hosting account?

To use it on another host, you need to change nameservers from your domain registrar or DNS management service. x10hosting does not manage nameservers so it should not be preventing you from using domains on other hosts.

I went into cPanel and I went to delete the subdomain but it wasnt even there. Even on the stats on the side it said "Subdomains 0 / 2" I also checked in FTP and there were no subdomain folders.

The error I receive is "That domain is already in use." Even though I goto the URL nothing comes up. The name servers are set to NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM.
really have no idea and I am going to stay with x10 so I won't need to change the name servers.
