Support Emails

We are setting up osticket on the website however we cant get it to send emails and we require the SMTP server details in order to send emails from osticket.

We have looked everywhere but cant find the following details -

User Name
Password

SMTP Server
SMTP Port

Can you help???

Regarding SMTP configurations like server, user name, password, port etc
You can get all this information through cPanel by clicking configure this email for my client.
Good Luck for your osticket stuff.But remember to abide to High resource usage stuff..Scripts like these can easily overload a server if proper care is not taken.

Hi we are trying this but it is saying that it cant find the server

We are really not having fun anymore!
