can not log into boru ftp account

I know there is another thread like this, but I couldn't post to it( says I don't have permissions) so I've started my own.
NetDrive says: FTP:weird server reply
Google Chrome says: Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
Explorer just asks for login/password over and over.
I've recently switched to a new Internet provider which uses PPPoE, but I don't think that should be a problem

When did this happen? Everything was fine a month or two ago ((. Is there a way to bypass this???? I've been using this host for a while now, not being able to connect through ftp will be a hastle...

Unfortunately, there isn't an eta on a way to bypass this. Are you still able to login through your cPanel? If so, I recommend that upload your site's files through there if you can.
