BTW, I tried to post this question on off-topic, but I do not have sufficient privilege level to post there.
So, my questions are:
1) Is there a way to find my own posts?
2) How can I get permission to post on off-topic?

You can find your own posts by visiting your Profile and clicking on the appropriate link to View the Posts.

As for 2: What error do you receive when you try to post in Off Topic? Are you trying to make a new topic or reply to another member's post?
