no access to the website

i uploaded my website files, after i created a hosting-account, but i cant open my website... (www.please-remind.x10.mx)
maybe its because my .htaccess file is empty...
i need an example to create a new one...

If you just changed your domain name, you will see that default page for awhile. The server has to update its internal map from domain name to user accounts and with the number of requests, it can take up to 24-36hrs to complete. Please be patient.

Clear your browser cache and history before checking your site again.
