I posted a support ticket and it has not had any feedback. It is todo with my domain will quote it here.

Ok, I really need the domain icraftr.com delted from this account asap. If it has to be done manually please do it. I cannot use this domain at all because it is still on this account. Not even with another host. Please can I have this fixed.

I'm sorry for having to post it here but it is so urgent. I have lots of people depending on this site to be up.
