Nulled scripts fall under warez which is currently covered by the zero tolerance policy. In accordance with the TOS, the account has been permanently suspended, and no further access can be permitted for any reason.

Side note, should've been obvious it wasn't legal - vBulletin doesn't come with a key generator.
