Problem with softaculous

I have change my website address to linksgage.com, i have lost all but i have backups, unfortunately softaculous don't work anymore, where is the problem ?
Probably my account need a reset but i don't know how i can do that. I wait for 24 hour for a true request of help. Thanks.

If you want to reset your account then backup your data and reply back here, i will terminate your account.
Then signup for free hosting again.

Thanks for fast reply, my situation is: I have a free hosting here (really good), i had buy a domain for my site with external domain service, and few hour ago i try to change my website address following your guide here (point 1):

I have my backup. Now my cpanel seem to work, but when i click softaculous it bring me in a blankpage in chrome, and curiosly in firefox it's ask me for download of index.live.php ?!
File manager report only an empty home directory. Cpanel don't register login.

Probably i have made a mistake and i change my address before that nameservers of registar are ready, or probably, change, take more time than i expect. Where is my mistake ?

I want to understand what is my problem becasue i'm not sure that a delete of my account could be a solution.

I wait again until tomorrow night and after i will take my decision. I'm really satisfied with your service and i have plan to upgrade to premium when i reach a good number of visitor, but now i need of your appreciate support.

When i navigate on index manager section in my cpanel it's report "Unable to change directory to /home/myname/public_html! You do not seem to have permission to access this directory!" maybe problem regard permissions ?

Probably my mistake is the change of website address mysite.x10.mx with mysite.com or not ?

Guys seem boru have serius trouble, i have just read other support request, many user claim my problems on server boru and of course i'm on boru. Please fix it soon !
