Error while login... [account id: SJP26684159]

Hello x10hosting.com support team,

I've got some trouble to login to CPanel and e-mail account; I tried a lot of times since yesterday, but it seems that's not a temporary problem. The few times I could reach the server, a short line in CPanel stated [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]. In addition, there's some code I reported below:
