all files/folder gone, /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

all files and folders from my home directory is gone including the public_html folder, what is going on here? im on boru server

my 2 databases seems ok but home dir is completely empty

can't even view the site
according to https://x10hosting.com/control/ there is noting wrong with account no notifications or anything says account is active

i as kt others to try and load site, emptied the cache and stayed up all night trying to get a explanation and searching forum seems other have the same issue but no answer can we please get to know why or get any form of answer
