MySQL and phpMyAdmin are EXTREMLEY slow for the past 2 weeks

I thought the prime member forum was first priority but looks like all the mods/admins are viewing this forum so:

I have asked and asked on the IRC but with no luck at all

This is really a bummer for me, I want to be productive as possible and I have a project I am working on, but when a big part of my project (MySQL) isn't really working it makes my productivity go down. I'm really puzzled as to what to do... I dont have money to buy hosting.. It says 3.95 a month but when I order its like 7 bucks a month which really stinks, I dont have enough money to pay it all at once, I'd prefer 3.95 a month, not Around 60 a year (so I dont have to pay at once)

Anyways, phpMyAdmin loads so slow and lately now it just doesnt even load at all. Its a problem I have had for 2 weeks now and really annoying. My internet connection is 50mb/s so it isnt my fault (other pages load fine). Why could this be happening? Many thanks!

I'm loving the community and I try to help in the IRC as much as I can, I know I have 0 posts here I am mostly on IRC asking for help and helping others
