$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] shows 2 IPs

I assume one of them is X-Forwarded-For, but the application I want to install (MediaWiki) throws an error if it's not a single IP address. What should I do?

MediaWiki is showing a "Unable to Determine IP" error on installation

Can you paste the full output of the error message, including any stack traces? Also, what version of MediaWiki are you attempting to install?
