URL not working

I changed my url to a co.cc, (http://sail.co.cc/)

However, I get a page that says "The domain sail.co.cc is available"

x10hosting does not control the co.cc domains.
You have to go to co.cc and register your choice of domain, most are free (sail.co.cc costs $24yr). Then you use their account tools to point the nameservers to ns1.hosting.com and ns2.hosting.com .
