Failiure Logging In

Hi,
I cannot seem to login. I go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php type my username and password which it accepts. After the screen telling me I have successfully logged in to my account and that it will redirect me shortly, I am redirected back to the login screen again.

I have tried clearing cookies etc and two different browsers, but nothing helps.

Are there any known issues?

That login page only accepts email and password to log in. Use your email instead of username.

I have tried my email and password several times but the same problems persist
