hosting account disappeared & forum account unlinked

I've been hosting my site (a simple shopping list script) on x10hosting for a few months. Just recently though, it says I don't have a hosting account and that my forum account has been unlinked to my normal account (I had to login to the forums directly here). What can be cause and can it be fixed?

Hello,

You currently have a hosting account linked with this forum account that was created back in April 2011. You are on the starka server and your domain is braughler.co.cc. Make sure that when you are logging into the account panel that you are using the correct email address.

Thanks for replying Skizzerz. I am 99% certain that the e-mail I'm using to login is the one I attached to that domain (the one you specified is correct). I checked my e-mail settings here in the forums and it is the same e-mail address that I am using to login. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you take a screenshot of the page that shows you do not have a linked hosting account?

The email attached to the account you should be logging into is NOT the one noted in that screen shot. The email you should be using is a yahoo.com email address.
