When I log in to https://x10hosting.com/control/, it says that my free hosting account is valid. I can also log in to my cpanel, however, I cannot see my files. Cpanel's file browser says that there are no files in my home folder. I also cannot access my site via FTP.

Also, when i access my homepage:
http://paulperalta.co.cc/

It always redirects me here:
http://paulperalta.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

What could be the problem?
