Site is gone...and unable to add in cp.

I know you all are busy as a few are having the same issues and I noticed that some upgrades to mysql where taking place and that things were back to normal... :-( but my whole site is gone and cpanel is being very weird ? I guess you can say. Unable to re-add my email address as that appears to be gone as well.

going to my url I am getting the defaultwebpage.cgi page.

Try and load fantastico I get

Also thought maybe CP was having an issue like another user that is on the same server so figured I'd just try FTP and see what was going on and get this error:

421 Home directory not available - aborting
