x10Hosting Ticket Messed Up, cPanel Not Properly Configured, Support System Screwed

This is the third time I posted. Basically I was in the IRC chat and these guys suggested I make this new thread as Plan B (more like Plan Z). The support system is screwed and the x10Hosting Ticket created is messed up. My cPanel is not properly configured and this is a horrible day for me. What's next?

Resolved on IRC, one of our support staff found a way to get it to drop the account and free up the username, should be good to go (new account's already showing created )

Edit: Oh, and we have the support problem forwarded on as well for escalated tickets, that's on the list to get repaired so it won't happen twice.
