Can't access FTP and Error establishing a database connection

I know that the database error its a general error... but now i can't acces with ftp!. Is this gonna be fixed??

Yeah! I can acces through cPanel. I use FileZilla as a FTP Client and always worked well, until now. I was backing up the files on my blog
