Files needed after suspension

Well, I didn't read the terms of service thoroughly and my account (imageboard website) got suspended for hosting XXX material.

I would like my files back so I can move to another host that allows adult material. I've already created an account with another host and I'd like to move the files across.

If I could just receive my website in a ZIP format it'd be greatly appreciated, either through allowing me FTP Access or sending me the ZIP through PrivMsg on the forum.

My sincerest apologies for violating the terms of service, I completely understand why this was done.

I'm happy to say that before the suspension I had 500 hits a day, which was awesome ^_^

I've already quoted the applicable parts of the TOS on IRC for you, there is nothing that can be done to retrieve the content on your account at this time.

If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.

There is nothing we can do. I know that seems harsh, but section 6 also details that backups are -your- responsibility. If you didn't take them before, that's not our fault.

Well, I wasn't able to get my images back... But I was able to get my home-page code by going through my cache and finding the page there... And some other stuff I needed... now hosting at *link nuked* since I actually read their TOS and they allow adult material.
