    how to use my domain name @ 1and1.com and use x10hosting as my web host?

    Use these nameservers:
    ns1.x10hosting.com
    ns2.x10hosting.com

    Then follow this guide to add it to your account: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Use_Your_Own_Domain
