Wordpress w/ Free Hosting?

Sorry for the newbie questions...I'm a true database newbie, and couldn't find the answers in the Free Hosting forum .

1. Is Wordpress (WP) possible at all under Free Hosting, or must I upgrade to a premium account?
2. I've already installed WP, and it shows up in my phpAdmin panel: If I wanted to delete it, is it done from this panel?
3. If I want to reinstall WP, can I install over it using Softaculous / Fantastico, or do I need to delete it first?
4. If my WP account has lapsed, do I need to delete & reinstall it, or just reregister w/ WP?

1: Wordpress is possible on the Free Hosting as well as the Paid hosting options available at x10.
2: The best way to delete the database is through cPanel itself under the MySQL Databases section, however you can delete databases and data through phpMyAdmin. It should reflect into cPanel once performed.
3: Softaculous/Fantastico should offer up an option for reinstall if one is available. If not, just uninstall and re-install since that is simply what a Reinstallation does.
4: Just re-register with WP if it lapses. Wordpress doesn't require any external accounts if you are using their software on x10. The Akismet API should work for as long as you use the API Key.
