Premium hosting is available at http://x10premium.com/

During the order for x10Premium, you are given the option to enter your free hosting username.

If you forget to enter your username, head over to the client ticket area: http://clients.x10hosting.com/ after you order hosting and open a new ticket. Provide your free hosting cPanel username in a ticket and ask for your account to be transferred.

I'm pretty sure the process goes like this:

Order the Premium Hosting account. Once that is set up, make a Support Ticket in the x10Hosting Clients section and tell them you would like to transfer everything from your Free Hosting account over to the Paid account. Once someone acknowledges the request, they can perform the move.
