mod_rewrite

Hello everybody,
sorry but i don't speak english very well.
So, i install in my account a new CMS for me. But in my install he says mod_rewrite not install, and so it doesn't work very well. I try on my computer in local and it work very very well but on X10hosting no.

Panic, but it work well when the way (http:// ) is good
So not a priority but mod_rewrite should be good...................Thanks

Could Mod_rewrite be activate?
