I'm one of the users, who lost their homes a week ago.
I would like to keep the username and website address.
I don't need old database backups.
I have learned a lesson to make backups in the future. ;)
Also if possible, I don't want to see boru in cpanel. I would like to move to other server or just rename it and say that you have moved it.

Unfortunately re-creating the account from the backend doesn't allow for setting it on a new server (we skip parts of the backend and do it directly on the cPanel backend so it has to be the same details as you have now).

If we terminate and you sign up using the sign up form, there's a good chance your account is created on a different server (there's 4 to chose from so technically there's 25% risk of ending up on Boru again).

That said, as you might have seen in the announcement, you can get an Illuminated upgrade (different server), would you want this?

You should see an opened ticket in your account panel with the relevant information, and there should also have been an email sent out regarding this.
