FTP Problems.

Hello, I have a number of problems but I will begin with the most critical,

1. I am unable to access my website via FTP from my computer using Cyberduck (mac) I get error 530 Authentication failure. (I am however able to login via ftp if i use the legacy file manager in cPanel X)
2. When I use the legacy file manager (as my FTP client won't work) I uploaded index.html however when accessing my website I still receive the 'just installed' default page.
3. I am unable to link my Forum account to my hosting account (error mismatching email, however they are the same). -MINOR ISSUE-

Information that may help;

• I'm using a custom domain; nkey.in
• I recently came over from another provider, 000webhost.com after it didn't function as I would have liked, x10 was spoken highly of.

Your domain does not currently point to the server you are located on, how did you configure it at your domain registrar? We do recommend that you set it to use our name servers: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Regarding the email missmatch, it does not relate to the email address in your NEW clients account (the one attached to your hosting) it does related to the client account attached to this forum account (forum backend have one on file and the client account backend have a different on file for the forum account), I have sorted this out and you should now be able to use the swap option in the account panel to link your forum account with the new hosting account.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

I know it doesn't point to the nameservers, i use cloudflare (cloudflare.com) not the plugin, could you provide me with the correct A record or IP address's for the name servers if possible?

Anyone know the A record for starka.x10hosting.com or the CNAME IP Address's not ns1....

For starka the IP to use for an A record is: 69.175.120.122 (also shown in your cPanel as shared IP)
For CNAME use: starka.x10hosting.com
