It looks like my account was one of the ones affected by the Boru upgrades as described by Anna in the forums. I noticed my site was down today and checking through cPanel it looks like all the files were lost.
An upgrade to Illuminated (as Anna stated in the forum) would be much appreciated. Thanks!
