Web site down after upgrades

Recently my web page went down, which seems to be a result of this Boru upgrade I hear about on the forums because when I try to log into my account via FTP, I get a 421 no home directory error. I noticed it was down on August 10th just before leaving for a festival to promote my lantern product. It is a great inconvenience to have the web page down after handing out hundreds of fliers to promote this page so the least you could do is give me an Illuminated membership as offered in your forum posts concerning this. Luckily I have all my files ready to re-upload. Please notify me of the repair ASAP.
