Web Disk File Transfer Availability

Being a complete novice to this hosting site, I ploughed my way thru the video tutorials. In my control panel I could not see the icon for using the Web Disk file tranfer. Is this facility not available in the free hosting package or do I have to do something to enable it?

Sorry about the ticket closure. The tickets close if they are left unreplied to for a certain amount of time automatically.

Web Disk isn't available on Free Hosting. In the past when it was available, it was one of those things that would work on and off, if it even worked at all for those who wanted to use it. If you wish to transfer data between your site, FTP or cPanel's File Manager will do the job.

Thank you for your response. I am having issues with FTP as well but I will persevere and further explore all avenues. I will come back with a new thread if necessary.
