I'm honestly new to the whole web hosting world. I have two websites... they were running perfectly fine until x10 decided to upgrade the boru. They're gone now, and so are my files in the FTP. This means that I have to start over and remake my images all over again. I am really pissed off about this, and I really need help. I want to know how to rehost my websites. I have the databases, but unfortunately (frowny face), I don't have my files. Since I trusted you guys to host my websites, I'm asking you kindly to help me get my websites back up. Like I said, I'm completely new to this. If you guys can't help me, then I have nowhere else to turn for help. I practically took care of these websites everyday as if they were my babies, and now they are just gone. I would like to rehost my websites here and try trusting you guys again, but I honestly have no clue on where to begin. You guys are my only hope, and I really need some help on this.

As you've pointed out, you've lost your files as a result of the issues Boru had which resulted in the removal of Home Directories for a few users. From this point, you've already realized that MySQL Databases were left intact since they are on a separate server. At this point, it's really a case of deleting your current account on Boru and getting the account re-created under the same Forum/AMP Account. From there, it would be uploading your site data if you have a backup of your site stored on your PC, since x10 does not have backups of the account data that was lost.

I can delete the account for you so that it can be re-created.
