FTP not working

Hello sir/mam,
I am not able to connect FTP. i use webstudio. Webstudio says invalid password though its absolutely correct. I tried using file zila.. it dosent work either.. error message says unable to connect to server. Please let me know what i should do. Thank you.

What domain are you using to reach your account? Your main website domain seems to be re-directing to a non-x10 provider, so that may be your issue. Try using starka.x10hosting.com as your FTP host instead of your domain.
