About LinkBacksI've noticed on the home screen of cPanel that I can have 4 mysql databases, even through I can't create more than two which is the max for the free plan. Must be a bug on the stats pane.

It is a known issue. But there are other issues with a higher priority at the moment.
Nothing is always absolutely so.

That's fine. It's not breaking anything. Just make sure you get to it eventually.
