Move to illuminated hosting due to Boru update error please

This post is regard to the loss of all my data (from root directory) after the Boru server update. Ref: Anna's post (Boru - Account issues after the upgrades )

As suggested by one of your kind service helpers, can you upgrade me to illuminated hosting please?
