Web page doesnt work

i just upload the file index.html to the www/http_public file and the URL : URL: http://www.kosy.co.cc/index.html doesnt work what happend¿

The domain kosy.co.cc seems to be offline or not avaliable , what can i do to fix that ?, when i put in ms-dos "ping kosy.co.cc" i cant find any IP ... x10hosting work?

Did you go to co.cc and register the domain? x10 hosting does not control those domains.

Did you use their DNS tools to set the nameservers to x10's?

i just changed the main domain to x10.mx.. because i havent account on cc.co webpage but.. the web still doesnt work and reply that :

That page is a placekeeper while the server itself (not the nameserver) finishes updating itself to map your new domain to your files. That can take 24-48 hrs since there are so many such requests.
