After BORU upgrade my site/files are gone

After the upgrade on the Boru server, all my files are gone. Do I need to upload everything again or is there a backup that can be restored?

There are no backups available to restore site data from, but your MySQL databases should be intact. We'll need to re-create your hosting account, which I can take care of mostly. Grab a backup of your MySQL databases using phpMyAdmin, if possible, through the Export Function. Once that is done, fill in the below form and I will terminate your account so that you can re-create it. Once account has been terminated (I will give confirmation), you will need to log into http://x10hosting.com/control and remain logged in, so that you can create a new hosting account under this forum name/your AMP account.

No need for the user to have the account terminated and then sign up again, we can sort that part server side.
We still need confirmation about database backups though, you can access this from your account panel from now on.
