I have created 2 ftp client usernames. I am unable to connect using filezilla client. I have downloaded the configuration files as instructed. It says, the password is incorrect [Login authentication failed. Critical Error..]. Kindly help me.

Instead of using the configuration files with FileZilla, try logging in with the FTP Username and Password you've set up for each account manually. FileZilla has a Quick Connect form which should make this quick to do.

Your username will go along the lines of useraccount@yourwebsiteaddress and the Password will be whatever you've set up. The hostname can be your server's IP address, servername.x10hosting.com or it can be your domain name.
