Private photo album

I used to have a photo album that you needed a direct link to get to in the past and I was warned about that in an unrelated support thread.

So I'm asking can I have a private photo album on my site? Since it seems x10 is being anal about you must have everything accessible and linked to on your site or it's file hosting. Can I have a private album or have a link on my main page but have it password protected?

Whether it's private or not, you are allowed to use no more than 1GB of storage for image and video galleries, as outline in our Terms of Service ( http://x10hosting.com/terms ) Section 1, second line from the bottom:

Personal Image\Video Galleries: Personal galleries are limited to 1GB of disk space for images and videos.

ok, just double checking because I was warned before that having it private made it file hosting and would get me in trouble.

Ok so are you saying it's not ok? I'd like a straight black and white answer saying yes or no to me having a private photo album.

I personally don't see what the problem is. I have a public website running what is the harm in having a private family/friends only other part?

I know this is a free service and all, but could I get a simple yes/no to having a photo album which follows the TOS's 1gb limit and needs a direct link to access.
