Cannot re-create anything after Boru upgrade

Hi there,

I went to the cPanel and used the Wizard to try to re-create my deleted files and nothing happened. When I expanded the status bar, this is what I see. I need major help with this if anyone else has been through this and got it resolved. I appreciate it.
