Reread it, you have not responded here with your choice of action. Your hosting account is messed up. You have two choices:

1. Request a deletion of your account so that you can make a new, fresh, working hosting account,

or

2. Take the offer of compensation for your trouble by requesting the free upgrade to Illuminated hosting.
