main domain inassessible

I recently made a request to change the main domain to http://sc.co.cc. Even though its status showed that the action is complete. I am unable to use that URL to link to my website. please advise.

As the message says when you visit that url, you need to register that domain at co.cc. It's a third-party domain name service that x10hosting doesn't control nor own, so x10hosting doesn't register it for you. When you register it, choose to add nameservers to the domain account, and the nameservers to use are:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
