cPanel account terminated because of inactivity, can't sign-up again.

I we're having a hosting account there, but it was terminated due to inactivity, i'd like to sign-up again but it says, that the new signups from my country are not allowed due to abuse. I never abused x10hosting, it's not fair. I hope you can help

Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done because an account cannot be made manually for you. Please don't take it personally, but blame your fellow countrymen for abusing x10hosting to the point that these blocks needed to be made. There is no current plan to unblock your country, but do check back here periodically over the next year to see if it's changed.
