When you go into your cPanel's filemanager, is your home directory missing? Please read this thread that concerns your situation, and then post back here to let us know when you are ready. Boru - Account issues after the upgrades

When I go in file manager, show this: "This directory is empty."

Oh my God! I don't have the backup.

Sorry, but all of the site's files are lost, though the database should be there if you used one. As that thread I posted to you said, make a backup of your database (if you had one), and as compensation for this situation, you get a free upgrade to Illuminated hosting. Let us know when you are ready for the upgrade.
