I am unable to login to Stoli, the cpanel login keeps reappearing and I know my details are correct.

Did you check going to cpanel through

There would be a big round rectangular button " Login to cPanel" written on it.If you cannot login even after that, try changing password from that cPanel screen.Note that your registered email id which is contacted by the software to reset your password.
