Hey i was wonder if it would be possible to "reformat" my website. Not sure what happened but all my files are gone and i can't upload anything. So i was wondering if you could reset it.

Thanks for info but that doesn't help me at all. That link says to create a ticket, which i already did.

I am ready for the illuminated upgrades, so feel free to upgrade whenever.

I'm going to escalate your thread now. This is so an admin can see this ticket and walk you through the upgrade. This thread will appear closed, but you'll still be able to access it from your account panel.
