Boru - Account issues after the upgrades» view post or » respondDuring the process of upgrading Boru there was sadly a few accounts that did lose all files, including some crucial for cPanel to work correctly (these includes domain handling files). In fact the entire home directory was lost for those accounts that are affected.

The databases are still intact and you should be able to access them through phpMyAdmin and take backups where needed, if you do have a problem with this part we can help extract database backups for you.

We apologies for the inconveniences caused due to this. As a compensation we will be offering Illuminated upgrades to those affected.
