Web page and files lost

Hi after reading the comment i know realise what has happened to my page and files. How do I get them back from the database (and where is that) to my directory etc to put online?

Time really is of the esscence here as i was advertising an event for an online community and would apppreciate assistance asap.

You get your database by logging into your cPanel, and click on PhpMyAdmin. Export a copy of the database from there to your own computer. After that you have two choices:

1. Your account is irreparably messed up. You can choose to have your current hosting deleted and then signup for a new, fresh, working hosting account.

or

2. You can take the offer of compensation by agreeing to a free account upgrade to Illuminated hosting.

After taking your database backup, reply back here with your choice.
