Hosting account deleted?

I got a Hosting Account Suspension at July 21 at 7:54 for not visiting the forum. Now when I log into my account, I don't even have an account?

I used to have an account mounted at boru (https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/), but when I try to log in with my details there, I get "Login Attempt Failed!
Invalid username specified"...

I really hope my account isn't deleted...... I had so much work on there (and no backup)

Your suspension happened nearly a month ago, but if you never got it resolved and unsuspended, then the system automatically deletes the account after 14 days or more from the suspension. All files are gone. Just to be sure, what was your cPanel user name.

The cPanel username is only at the maximum 8 characters long, so the one you provided isn't valid.
