    Do I qualify?

    During the process of upgrading Boru there was sadly a few accounts that did lose all files, including some crucial for cPanel to work correctly (these includes domain handling files). In fact the entire home directory was lost for those accounts that are affected.

    We apologies for the inconveniences caused due to this. As a compensation we will be offering Illuminated upgrades to those affected.

    I was one of those affected by this. My website was completely deleted and I couldn't re-created it on the Boru server. I had to ask for my account to be deleted and I created another account. I am in the process of re-creating my website.

    Do I qualify for the Illuminated upgrade?
