Please remove my suspension

Sir,my username situnnn,along with website situnrocks.x10.mx suspended for making public hosting site.but i didn't allowed except me to upload.please remove the suspension and activate my account and website,for which i shall be greatful to you.I promise i will remove the upload feature for public.Is it ok now.

Deleted all uploading scrits,can I use upload script in admin mode means only possible by me by reducing the chmod values.If not its ok.Thanks a lot.Is my site ok now ?
