unable to login control panel

sir,
from today i am unable to login control panel. I am able to login www.x10hosting.com with my id bachamarigkhighschool@gmail.com but whwn i supply the same user id and paaword to login contol panel it says login failed. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

For cPanel, the user name is NOT your email address, it is a 6 character long user name, you can see what it is in your account panel under hosting.

ok but my user name is subhra when i put subhra as username in c pannel and password which i used to login www.x10hosting.com in that case also i get the message login failed.

Please try using the reset password option in your account panel, this will set a new password for cPanel, account panel, forum, ftp etc..

If it still fails after that post back and I'll set a new password server side.

no after resetting password cpanel problem is not solved.you can set a new password from server site.
